Privacy Policy

At ScrapForLess.com we respect and protect the privacy of our customers.  We do not share or sell any e-mail addresses or any other customer information.  The information is collected for the purpose of billing and shipping your orders.  We do occasionally send our customers emails to notify them of upcoming sales and specials.  If you do not wish to receive these, just let us know and we will gladly remove you from our email list. 

Return Policy

Although we strive to do our best, sometimes we do make mistakes, so if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it.  

Other returns are accepted on any unopened/un-used item for 30 days after ordering. All returns require a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#).  To obtain an RMA # email us at Joan@scrapforless.com and provide us with your name, order number and what items and quantities you want to return.  Please note the following limitations on returns:

-  Shipping charges are non-refundable & customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to ScrapForLess.com. 

-  Items must be returned in original packaging and unopened. 

-  Restocking fee of 10% is charged on returns. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within three business days.  If all items are in stock the order should ship at this time.  If not all items are in stock, most orders ship within 7-10 business days of placing the order.  In the event an item is backordered, we will contact you to see if you prefer waiting for your order or if you want to cancel the backordered items from the order.
